Collaboration Process
Step 1: Project Information Collection
Collect information such as the project address, area, grade, and target audience to comprehensively understand the project overview. Based on the project positioning, determine the overall style and clarify the functional requirements of each area.
Step 2: Preliminary Plan Design
Combine the project information and style to provide floor plans and reference diagrams as the preliminary plan.
Step 3: Preliminary Quotation
Estimate the quotation based on the materials and techniques in the preliminary plan for cost control and budget planning.
Step 4: Signing and Implementation of Design Contract
After signing the design contract, communicate in detail about material techniques, present a complete implementation design plan including 3D renderings, and clarify the quantity and unit price of each item. Prepare for the main contract.
Step 5: Signing of Formal Contract
Specify the project scope, construction period, payment method, responsibilities and obligations of both parties, and legal terms, and then sign the formal contract.
Step 6: Procurement, Production, Quality Inspection and Delivery
Be responsible for procurement and production. Keep written and video records at all stages. After the products pass the inspection by professional QCs either online or offline and a report is issued, proceed with product packaging.
Step 7: High – quality Delivery
Select the optimal solution according to the contract delivery method to ensure timely delivery.
